Nationwide during the month of March, customers will earn double Aviators miles when they take advantage of FirstUp, the TWA program that allows travelers to fly first class for the price of an unrestricted coach ticket. Also for the first time ever, FirstUp will be available in most markets on flights to/from St. Louis through March 31. Normally, TWA's ``First Up'' fares offering confirmed first class seats at coach prices are available only on connecting flights through the St. Louis hub.
