I see the e-receipt in my itin section for an award travel coming up in december on UA/LH. I was forced to get it as paper ticket because another M+ member used his miles to get me the ticket. CSR said the only way to get the ticket would either be to paper ticket it and mail it to the address of M+ member or to have the member drive to the airport and sign a release form. Chose to get the paper tickets instead, but as OP says, the itin and e-receipt are available online.
