There's always litigation. A contract is a contract. Not "we don't like this particular enforceable contract we entered into, so we're going to ignore parts of it."
If you have to drag SAS and/or expedia by the ear into court to enforce the contract in its entirety, you may be entitled to collect additional damages. It would be better to exhaust all reasonable attempts to have expedia/SAS honor all of the terms of the contract first, however.
