I don't mind the exit rows at all on the Mad Dogs. With my laptop in hand a a handful of movies, or a book, I don't need IFE. If you predominantly fly UA, I am sure it is easy to find things to complain about on AA as it is probably the same way with us loyal AAers who sometimes have to stray to the dark side to fly UA, CO, DL, WN, or any other competitors. We can always find something to complain about. Yes AA is pinching a lot of pennies because they don't have the luxury of bk to do otherwise.
