Actually had the flight booked for me. For some reason I've found that corp. travel departments seem to be dominated by AA. (Or maybe its just the companies that I have worked with!) Though it does seem logical - sign big long-term contracts with comapnies, then don't worry so much about the quality.
And I muss confess that I don't spend much time here on the AA board. Pretty much only to stop in and gripe!
