Yep, this all sounds plausible to me. BA knew there was a mole introducing fare errors in to the systems deliberately for our benefit and so sent Lyndsay here to monitor "us" and our insidious activities until they found the mole. Now they clearly have and there will be no more fare errors ever in the history of BA and so they've removed Lyndsay since her work here is done. It's all a big conspiracy

I think she absolutely was not lurking here for months on and off reading posts before getting agreement to be more proactive and trying to be genuinely helpful and make a more public appearance and offer great, prompt and courteous assistance to people with genuine problems (you know, like mis-posted flights and MFUs from the activity of, err, actually flying a lot instead of buying beef). That makes no sense at all to me. Neither does it makes sense that she may be off sick (I hope not!) or on unpaid leave or a sabbatical of some kind (our company does those for long-serving employees and she's been at the EC for along time...) or indeed if she's been re-assigned? Or maybe even left the company for another job. It can't be any of those things, it must be a conspiracy because we're all so damned important and able to such damage BA by taking advantage of a quick fare error once in a blue moon.

And I'm sure Shuttle-Bored has nothing better to do than actually follow people around all day, etc. He's definitely part of this conspiracy too! God this is scary. I'm running for the hills...after I've called the EC under an assumed name and asked to speak to their "Head of Fare Error Policing" and double-check. Fare errors, it's all about the fare errors!
