The obvious reasons would include:
a) BA felt that the feedback they got from FT wasn't worth the time Lyndsay put into the role (either because our views are not worth hearing or they were not disseminated properly within BA)
b) BA felt Lyndsay was getting too bogged down dealing with PM's about trivial issues (albeit ones we only flagged because BA's official channels don't work) given her seniority in the business, or that she was in some other way devoting too much time to FT
c) BA felt that getting a bad press on FT did them no harm at all so there was no merit in spending time dealing with our queries
d) she has got a better job somewhere else!
