You've probably heard this question a million times but thought I'd ask.
Am currently Silver Member and on renewal got way over the required amount, almost in touching distance of Gold. But on renewal BA put me back to O tier points effecively loosing me 450 points now valuable as I've not flown so much this year and am in danger of de-motion to Blue. Is there any way they will let me keep my 450 lost points?
