Prior to that she had made just one post back in Nov 01. So, she may well have been lurking for 3 years but, following her official introduction (which presumably she initiated), she showed herself very happy to get involved with individual members problems and queries. No confusion. She lurked. She introduced herself. She helped us. She seems to have disappeared. That's why we are now confused.
