I miss the Courtesy hold too
Back in July i booked two saver awards and was dissapointed that you could not hold them for atleast the 24 hours like a regular purchase.

The nice thing is that you are able to make changes to the ticket for 3 days or untill your departure (whichever comes first ) at NO CHARGE. I found that to be a nice benefit.
