I booked SkySaver 1st class travel (75,000 miles) from continental US to Honolulu many months ago, but now it appears I can't make the trip that's scheduled in early September '05. (just a few weeks)

Should I redeposit the miles, at what I assume will be a $50 change fee, or just keep the unused e-ticket for a future trip elsewhere?
