I agree with what Maverick says. I find service to be quite good.

I would be interested to hear what benefits are people missing in the last few years. I see a few comments regarding evaporating benefits.

What benefits we should be getting and are not at the moment?

I remember disappearance of SPG status from Platinum list of benefits, for example a few years back. Priority pass is on Centurion list of benefits but not on platinum.
