Chicago = Italian Beef

OK, the burgers sound great. A bit much in many ways, however.

When in Chicago, the meat/grease food of choice has to be a good, hot Italian Beef sandwich. Other places make good burgers, but there may be no other place that comes close to a good CHI I.B.
