I, for one, was thrilled this past weekend to have a pasta choice on each of my lunch/dinner flights (BDL-DFW, DFW-SJU, SJU-BDL). It really holds-up to reheating so much better than beef or chicken. That said, I really don't "get" the need to combine tortellini and ravioli in one bowl.
