Hi MMB_Feedback,

My F redemption booking for 3 weeks from now is still showing as my points of contact being some old &/or defunct email address & mobile number I gave when originally signed up to BAEC many years ago - others have confirmed in the thread this problem - any chance is being addressed?

To be precise - the email address is indeed not the one in my BAEC details - however the old mobile number is. But when I go to amend my details & change the number, it then says some details are not correct, and I need to enter my username, password, & reminder question. I'm not particularly aware of any username's required for BAEC, just for being registered with ba.com - so when I plug those in , it says already taken - hence i cannot update my mobile.

However, after all this - when I go back into 'Amend Details', the number has indeed been updated - so no idea why it needed to give me all these error messages. This has happened several times before, over the years - only that now I'm writing it as it goes along to help possibly fix this bug.

The MMB is still showing the old number btw.
