1. Check-in with eService kiosk at AirTrain or in NY Penn Station. Last I checked, it seems that CO no longer has agents manning the AirTrain station counters. If you are checking bags, you must check in in the terminal.
2. The AirTrain lets you off on the upper level, I believe between the C-2 and C-3 concourses. With new procedures, you will have to go down two levels to check in, if you have not already checked in at the AirTrain station.
3. Elite status is printed on the boarding pass. No need to show the card to use elite security line or for priority boarding.
