Christep is saying the same thing I did in #2 in the second post. Look at the segment, not the ticket. The lounge access is governed by the class of service of the particular segment you are flying and not by the any other parts of the ticket. If you fly in coach, you will get coach benefits. Coach benefits do not provide for lounge access.
