It's interesting how different people have different experiences. My dad, also a Marriott Plat, stayed there last month. The stay was flawless. ^ He was given a 2 story suite, yes TWO STORIES , with Jacuzzi. Everything went smoothly. Of course, he has been staying there at least once a year for the past several years.
