FYI here is the web site for the new airport, has a few videos on the construction, links to the new highway system, etc. Hope this enlightens you. By the way, Inchon will take the airport code of SEL from Kimpo, just to confuse things even more. If you have a domestic flight in Korea, it will still fly out of Kimpo, so you have to take a bus (no one will say if it will cost you or not) to Kimpo and catch your domestic flight from there.
