She'll be fine. Once I got stuck on 9E (center) - even that really wasn't bad. She just won't have the acres of legroom that you will.
I have been on a few flights between NRT & ICN that had the "Atlantic" configuration (XC/XI), so I suppose it's possible that they could use on of them on the NRT-TPE route also. Even then, as you said, it's only a 3+ hour flight.
And maybe F will open up for you!
