No idea, but it also has the drawback of not searching NW for the best fares when doing an airline by airline comparison.

On the plus side, if you force NW to be used, it'll find routes and fares (found a MR to FLL for Oct that way), but it will say "unknown seat availablity" which means that the fare may or may not be in the buckets.

Does this have anything to do with the impending strike?
