I believe Vulcan's results posted above, but there's no question that right now on some routes they do not dump all of the As into the F bucket at the 3.5 hour window for EUA at 3 hours.
The difference is that they seem to have pinpointed some of these routes and changed their procedure since the first few months after they instituted the 3 hour EUA, when it did seem to me that all the seats were dumped.
