I fly on the QF Crash-8s quite frequently though normally sit in 1C (where there is absolutely no issue in opening the exit ( btw, do BA et al have rearward facing passenger seats on the 300 series as per QF ) . My recollection for row 10 is that it seems to be ok. I'll try n check this weekend
