I have been waiting 5 weeks for the shiny BLUE card and accompanying kit after recording my first qualifying transaction in early July. When I used to be an elite on SQ, the delivery took no more than 3 weeks.

Interestingly, after a two years of inactivity Krisflyer deactivated my account and forced me to re-enrol under a new FFN, leaving me stuck with the paper card on my recent trip.
