No one has mentioned a dress code for Tea at the Pen, but you would want to dress appropriately. ^ A Hong Kong resident friend of mine (years ago) told me that there is a "right side" and "wrong side" for seating at the Peninsula Afternoon Tea, but I have no idea which is which! Sort of like being seated at the "best table" at a posh restaurant...

As for dress code, "Casual" is what the Pen suggested.
