Just checked Sept-Oct midweek dates, and four of the majors (DL, CO, UA, AA) are coming back with fares of $470-$485, taxes and fees included. A lot are giving long mileage runs as choices as well (UA was TPA-DEN-LAS-SFO-HNL-LAX-DEN-TPA). At about 11K-12K miles (with status, even more), pretty damn good mileage run ... gonna try to work one out for October.

By the way, as a former Hawaii resident, hotels are cheapest during the fall months in Hawaii as well. Doesn't start picking back up until after the new year.
