My 1 year old son got a letter in the mail offering him SPG Gold for the next year.

When I travel with him will I have any problem making the reservation in his name and using my credit card to pay for the room? Do I need to bring his passport so the front desk does not think I am using a relatives name for the reservation? Any other issues I should anticipate?
