I totally agree about the 241 tickets.
I've used the concierge to get restaurant reservations which I was unable to obtain from the restaurant directly. I've also used them to shop around for event tickets in the secondary market. I should probably use them more
I have also used the buyer's program - nothing big, but I bought a cell phone clip which snapped apart in less than 2 weeks.
The biggest benefit has probably been the rental rates I've received with National. I figure I've saved about $400 this year vs. the best rates I could get with any other discount I have.
Customer service has been excellent (I know others have had lesser experiences, but so far, so good).
