given the blinding speed of ual.com, and lack of seat belts in my desk chair, of course i tried calling first. 1k desk said they could not make the change as it had been booked by a travel agent (who had an old coupon which is being used as part of a different record in the trip (koa-sfo-sea)). it's a weekend, and i wanted to get it all done more than two weeks pre-flight, and the travel agent is not open until monday. what's the smiley for whine?
