I do however recall that there was another Korean accident, older than the Guam one, in which one of the pilots (possibly the copilot) was Canadian, and the captain, Korean (probably ex-military). They disagreed during landing, and although the Canadian guy seems to have been right, they did their best to stick the blame to him. And it tonok him quite a bit of effort to get himself cleared.
Then there is the Dutch captain (chief pilot) who told the Spaniards in the tower *he* had decided he was going to take off and they better accommodate him (OK, I am paraphrasing a bit). Again, the copilot didn't dare to tell the irate big guy that there was just a small detail, that this Panam guy who had just landed had not cleared the runway...
