So... my new client has me going BOS-DFW all the time... and i'm back to Platinum again (and on my way to ExPlat)... but the last time i was Plat, was a few years ago... and this Y-Up program wasn't in place... how does it work?

Reason i ask is this, I have a Y Fare for a flight in 60 hours, there are still seats in first, but i haven't been upgraded... am i missing something?
