Greensboro is a fine airport...a nice small club there with some of the best US staffers I've ever experienced, security is nice and quick (longest I've waited at GSO is about 3 minutes...most of the time it's only a person or two in front of me)...fares are reasonable, with Independence Air driving down the costs a good amount. Fares to the West Coast can be a little on the pricey side though...often they start around $350 (compared to the $200 out of BOS, it's expensive...).
