Welcome to the Queen City--I assume you're working for BoA or Wachovia? My advice is to do what I do 75% of the time for personal travel(well, also b/c I have friends up there): drive to RDU. It's only a little longer driving time than GSO, but it's even cheaper and there are more flights, and the Southwest effect is in full effect as far as fares--Hartford would work well from there.

And if on US, def. connect through CLT. AVOID PHL AT ALL COSTS.
