(For domestic flights):

1. Is the compensation still generally $100 Delta dollars per hour delayed (thought up to a maximum of $400)?

2. Is this delay based on when your new departing flight is scheduled to leave, or on your new arrival time at your final destination (ie. do you get more $$ if your bump causes a longer layover)?
