H or W United booking, connection with NZ...Do I get miles? E+?
Hi,

I plan a trip to YUL-CHC for next month.

Most of the booking is United (in W or H...I still have to decide) with a connection at SYD. SYD to CHC is operated by NZ, codeshare with UA. The routing is YUL-ORD-LAX-SYD-CHC with a United ticket.

Do I get miles AP miles for section between SYD to CHC with UA code operated by NZ?

What E+ look like? never tried United. I have low expectation.
