Under certain conditions, you might even see a pilot operating the flight not in uniform. (last minute fill-in, etc. to keep the system running)

On my last couple of flights, the kids love helping out, and they also immensely enjoy the choo-choo noises and other things the flight attendants do. This is stuff they remember forever.

Off topic: On a flight into Vegas with Mrs K 2 weeks ago, the F/A said it would be good luck if everyone crossed their seat belts when they deplaned. We didn't, and suffered the consequences.
