I think that means if the child wishes to enter as a guest, he must be accompanied by an adult. I.e. no under-18s with Gold cards getting their under-18 mates in to nail the drinks cabinet, nick all the biscuits and cause a small riot on their way back to BAH at the end of the school hol......(ahem!)

If he's on a J ticket he should be fine.
