Sadly, CO elite members ARE treated better than non elites for one pass redemptions. With folks like Vulcan and I as Platinum elites with these complaints, just think how lousy the None-Pass program is for the non elite.
Again to be fair, please remember we both travel out of a CO hub (EWR) - translating to the worst availability and service. Non hub, non transcon and non international travelers do somewhat better, but still relatively poor compared to other airlines.
