UM .. ccbc is hardly upscale. Unless you call a bath house upscale.

Trinagle Inn used to be very nice but changed hands a few years ago so cannot say for certain.

I agree Santiago probably is one of the nicer places ... I sort of stay there or CCBC depending on my 'mood'.
