We always stay at Inndulge which is very nice and has friendly owners and usually a great group of guests. If you are looking for "upscale" as you mentioned in your post, the two high end alternatives IMHO are:

The Hacienda @ Warm Sands - www.thehacienda.com
East Canyon Hotel & Spa - www.eastcanyonps.com

We had friends that stayed at the Hacienda and it was very nice but also very quite (but then again it is in Warm Sands).
