Not Impressed
Sorry, my Frontier experience was disappointing. I flew Frontier for the nonstop flights to and from Denver from BWI in the past week. They were more than an hour late both ways. Outbound was probably due mostly to weather, but returning we had to deplane and switch aircraft on the redeye for mechanical reasons.
My other issue is that there was no way to pick a seat before I buy online, and then no way to switch seats online. These are things that I routinely do on American and on other airlines. When I called customer service I repeatedly got different stories about seat switching. I had to go to the airport very early to get out of the middle seat. Frontier needs major webste improvements.
Frontier service in the air was a high point; the flight attendants were much more attentive than the average American Airlines FA.
