We usually stay at Santiago (many times in the past) but for the Columbus Day weekend they've booked a wedding so the place will be mixed and pool not available to "regular" guests.

So now we're debating between Las Palmas and East Canyon for a place to stay for this weekend. Has anyone been to either or both and is East Canyon worth the additional $50 a night cost?
