To be honest, I am not in agreement with some of these posts. I have stayed there and found the noise level from Highway 101 to be unsettlingly high.

I completed a comment card at the hotel before I left and asked for someone to get in touch with me. I never received a reply. Weeks later I wrote the manager a letter and again never received a reply.

It is in a good location for an airport hotel, and the convenience of the Homewood Suites for weekdays meals is a plus for me sometimes.

But the service level I experienced was very different from the views expressed here.
