Never stayed there, but it is about 40 minutes from Connaught Place if you don't get caught in serious traffic. Which downtown business district are you talking about if not CP and immediate vicinity thereabouts?
The IC Grand is the closest international branded hotel to CP and the main downtown business area around it.
