Does that mean SYD is not an international airport? They have flight restrictions on landing before 6 a.m. My last flight there on UA, we had to circle till 6 as the pilot said if he landed before then, he would violate huge fines for breaking the curfew.

Doesn't LHR have some overnight flight restrictions as well?
