Court orders LY to pay out 6K to passenger?
On the way home this evening I heard a story about a court ordering LY to pay a passenger 6K shekels for seating them in an uncomfortable seat. From the story it sounded like they were in an exit row with no way to stretch their legs and three times over three hours they asked or were asked to move. Eventually they were apparently offered 4K shekels and a business seat. Court ordered them to increase to 6K. It sounds like a bizarre story and I haven't been able to find anything about it online. Anyone have the actual details?
