The check-in clerk believed -- erroneously -- that the package rate I had reserved (I can't recall the exact name) did not include breakfast in the restaurant, although she had no problem with my using the lounge. I corrected her, but she didn't believe me. A supervisor had to settle the matter -- in my favor, of course.
