Holding of a reservation at the Chateau Champlain at the end of the month causes me to ask for a clarification since I'm obviously missing something.
Is it that, for some (inexplicable) reason they were going to deny you breakfast you were paying for on a "Two for Breakfast" or "Stay for Breakfast" rate or was it they were denying you Plat-Gold access to the Concierge Lounge (for breakfast)?
If it's the latter (I've never been denied access in the past), I guess I'd better make sure I have a copy of the T's & C's handy at check-in.
