I too have found that Utopia is sometimes slow in replying. I suspect it is a one or two person operation in Bangkok that occasionaly gets overwhelmed.

That being said, however, I have found Utopia to be legit and to deliver a very fine product. The first time I used Utopia (for a gay guide in Hong Kong), I paid with cash -- to a Hong Kong travel agency affiliated with Utopia. More recently, for a guide in Shanghai, I gave Utopia my credit card number. There's been no problem.

So, I've become a fan of Utopia and plan to use it for an upcoming trip to Thailand and later to China. I just wish they had some operations in India.
