I'm thinking of using them for guides and drivers for 2 days this December - one in Bangkok, one in Chang Mai. I'm asking for something a little different from the prepackaged day trips they offer on their website. So far, my experience is that they take awhile to respond to email. I'm waiting to hear back about a final itinerary and cost. I'll let you know more...
